Unaizah is a Saudi city and the capital of the Unayzah Governorate of the Al-Qassim region in Saudi Arabia. Unaizah is a historical city that gained its importance since antiquity due to its distinctive geographical location. It is located in the central northern part of the Najd plateau, to the south of the Wadi Al-Rama stream. It is surrounded by sand dunes from the north and west called the Al-Ghamis sands, while to the south lies the sands and forests of Ghada in the Al Shuqa region. Unaizah is one of the oldest cities in the Qassim region. It is a garden of farms and orchards, abundant water and clear soil.
